POLE (gene)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from POLE1)
Template:Short description An Error has occurred retrieving Wikidata item for infobox DNA polymerase epsilon catalytic subunit is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the POLE gene.[1][2] It is the central catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase epsilon.
Clinical significance
POLE, along with POLD1, has in 2013 been associated with multiple adenoma.[3]
Interactions
POLE has been shown to interact with RAD17.[4]
