Template:Short description Lua error in Module:Infobox_gene at line 53: attempt to index field 'wikibase' (a nil value). Alsin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ALS2 gene.[1][2] ALS2 orthologs[3] have been identified in all mammals for which complete genome data are available.
