From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Template:Short description An Error has occurred retrieving Wikidata item for infobox Calsyntenin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLSTN1 gene.[1][2]

Clinical relevance

Mutations in this gene have been shown associated to pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease.[3]

Interactions

CLSTN1 has been shown to interact with APBA2[4][5] and Amyloid precursor protein.[4][5]
