PIK3R2
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Template:Short description An Error has occurred retrieving Wikidata item for infobox Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase regulatory subunit beta is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PIK3R2 gene.[1][2]
A recent study on gene expression indicated that the PIK3R2 gene might have a key role in pan-cancer prognosis.[3]
Interactions
PIK3R2 has been shown to interact with:
- CRKL[4]
- Cbl gene,[5][6]
- Epidermal growth factor,[7]
- FYN,[7]
- HER2/neu,[7]
- Macrophage colony-stimulating factor,[7] and
- PIK3CD.[8]
Clinical relevance
PIK3R2 mutations were recently shown to be associated with polymicrogyria.[9]
